El proyecto responde a un encargo preciso de cuatro hermanos (una de las hermanas es mi esposa), que, a tiempo de resolver un proyecto habitacional en él, debía adicionalmente “honrar la memoria de sus padres”, ya que en este predio crecieron todos los hermanos.El resultado ha tenido un gran impacto en el contexto de propuestas multifamiliares convirtiéndose en un referente. Descripción del proyecto
El gran lingote que debía ejecutarse en este terreno tan alargado y de tan poco frente sobre la calle, fue resuelto con dos giros importantes, el del fondo para enfrentarse adecuadamente al sol de tarde y hacia las visuales de la ciudad, y el otro para que se retranqueara y tuviera un gesto menos impositivo sobre la estrecha calle.
El edificio sufrió muchas modificaciones a lo largo de la construcción, ya que la preventa empezó a exigir la fusión de varios departamentos, la presencia de un dúplex, fragmentar un departamento en dos, entre otros, de manera tal que todo el edificio fue resuelto a la manera de un edificio boutique, donde no han existido dos departamentos o cocinas iguales. Esta idea de un diseño a la carta, y de atender personalmente los deseos de sus habitantes se ha convertido en un trademark del Taller y en un deseo profundo que tiene que ver con la ética de trabajo, no siempre privilegiando lo económico, pero sí el deseo de que el confort y la escucha puedan generar en el cliente una sensación de realización personal al habitar los espacios que realmente desean.
La particularidad que posee este desarrollo, es la presencia de algunos jardines privados para los departamentos de planta baja, y la presencia de dos alargadas terrazas en los Pent Houses de la última planta.

The project responds to a precise order from four brothers (one of the sisters is my wife), who, in time to solve a housing project in it, had to additionally “honor the memory of their parents”, since they all grew up on this property. The result has had a great impact in the context of multifamily proposals, becoming a referent for new clients.
The large ingot that had to be executed in this long area and with so little front on the street, was solved with two important turns, the one at the back to adequately face the afternoon sun and the visuals towards the city, and the other in order to stand back and have a less imposing gesture over the narrow street in the front.
The building underwent many modifications throughout the construction, since the pre-sale began to require the merger of several departments, the presence of a duplex, fragmenting an apartment in two, among others, in such a way that the entire building was resolved by the way of a boutique building, where no two departments or kitchens have been the same. This idea of an à la carte design, and of personally attending to the wishes of its inhabitants has become a trademark of the Workshop and a deep desire that has to do with work ethics, not always privileging the economic, but the wish that comfort and listening can generate in the client a feeling of personal fulfillment by inhabiting the spaces that they really want.
The particularity of this development is the presence of some private gardens for the ground floor apartments, and the presence of two elongated terraces in the Pent Houses on the top floor.
