Realizar trabajos de arquitectura interior, siempre ha sido un placer especial, motivo por el cual pusimos todo nuestro esfuerzo en ganar este concurso. (Daniel)
Descripción del proyecto
ACCESO: Se tomó la decisión de hacer muy visible la renovación desde el exterior. Si bien no podíamos tocar la fachada, se pudo insertar dos elementos que provenían del interior y proyectarlos hacia la calle.
Usamos la metáfora de circuitos de comunicación, en este caso unas placas de acero inoxidable, ligeramente curvas, colgadas de 1.2 m de altura que direccionan la mirada hacia el palier de ascensores. Se cambiaron materiales, se propuso un dinámico counter de recepción, y se realizó un trabajo en el atrio exterior en base a piedra Comanche.
DIRECTORIO: En el tercer piso se tiene el espacio dispuesto para las reuniones de directorio y el acceso a la planta inferior del Auditorio. Se optó por realizar un foyer de acceso a la Sala de Directorio, y la sala con una mesa para 12 persona cómodamente sentadas, que fácilmente podría habilitarse para 30 personas sentadas.
AUDITORIO: El auditorio original contenía un mezaninne y con ello el resultado era de pésimas visuales en ambos niveles. Por este motivo se optó por realizar una sola platea, convirtiéndose en un auditorio para 120 butacas. El tratamiento acústico se resolvió mediante unos pliegues de madera que se descuelgan en C del cielo falso. Estos pliegues estaban revestidos por placas de madera cuadradas generando una gran retícula inclinada en oposición a las graderías generando una muy interesante sensación y percepción visual. En el nivel inferior se insertaron los baños, las salas de control de sonidos y un camerino.

Carrying out interior architecture work has always been a special pleasure, which is why we put all our effort into winning this contest; and in this case, it earned me a first prize at the VIII Bolivian Architecture Biennial, in the Interior Architecture category.
ACCESS: The decision was made to make the renovation highly visible from the outside. While we couldn’t touch the facade, we were able to annunciate its presence with just two elements projected from the inside to the stereet.
We used the metaphor of communication circuits, in this case slightly curved stainless steel plates 1.2 m high hanging and directing the gaze towards the elevator shaft. Materials were changed, a dynamic reception counter was proposed, and work was done on the exterior atrium based on Comanche stone.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS: On the third floor there is the space arranged for board meetings and access to the lower floor of the Auditorium. It was decided to create an access foyer to the Board Room, and the room with a table for 12 people comfortably seated, which could easily be enabled for 30 seated persons.
AUDITORIUM: The original auditorium contained a mezzanine and thus the result was terrible visuals on both levels. For this reason, it was decided to create a single level of stalls, becoming an auditorium with 120 seats. The acoustic treatment was solved by means of some wooden folds that hang forming enormous Cs from the false ceiling. These folds were covered by square wooden plates generating a large inclined grid in opposition to the bleachers generating a very interesting visual sensation and perception. On the lower level, the bathrooms, sound control rooms and a dressing room were inserted.
