TOWER PANAMERICAN II
La Paz, Bolivia
The clients were very satisfied with the work done five years before, for the real estate development that was not carried out; and when the city regulations changed allowing greater heights and built surfaces, they made the decision to restart the project with the same professional team.
During those years, our project could have become the tallest tower in the city, becoming a land mark on the sky line in the southern part of the city.
It was decided to work on the entire land with a single tower, with entrance to the housing levels through a secondary avenue and those of offices and the convention center through the main avenue, in the same way entrance to the parking was differentiated.
The tower contained a mid-height joint, in which a restaurant, common and recreational spaces and a gym were worked.
The main contribution of the project was in the skin, and in the interior twist that the plant presented, proposing staggered fenestrations, framed in a solid structure that contained service spaces and kitchens. This decision also had the objective of favoring the sunlight in the rooms and allowing more light and sun to enter the different rooms.
