Reciclar esta vivienda se constituyó en todo un desafío, ya que se debía conservar el aire original, sin embargo, las adiciones que se debían realizar eran tan grandes que optamos por adicionar a esa volumetría, bajo las techumbres originales, cajas adosadas que terminaron teniendo una tectónica pétrea.El resultado fue muy superior a las expectativas originales, la casa es hoy ocupada por la Embajada de Francia. Descripción del proyecto
Los materiales elegidos, el embovedado de la galería de ladrillo colgado, el trabajo con bloques de piedra de Comanche, el forro de otros volúmenes con granitos flameados oscuros, el fino piso de madera, los mármoles de coral empleados en baños, los artefactos sanitarios Porcelanosa y griferías Hansgrohe, la cocina con cuarzo blanco, el mobiliario empotrado importado de argentina, hablan de una vivienda exquisita, exigente en la calidad de los acabados, minuciosa en la perfección del trabajo del detalle. Se trata del trabajo de construcción más fino que ha desarrollado el Taller en término de construcción y acabados, resultando en una obra de fina factura.

Recycling this house was a challenge, since the original air had to be preserved, however, the additions that had to be made were so large that we opted to add to that volume, under the original roofs, attached boxes that ended up having a stony tectonic.
The result was much higher than the original expectations, the house is today occupied by the French Embassy.
The materials chosen, the vaulting of the hanging brick gallery, the work with Comanche stone blocks, the lining of other volumes with dark flamed granites, the fine wooden floor, the coral marbles used in bathrooms, the Porcelanosa sanitary fixtures. and Hansgrohe taps, the kitchen with white quartz, the built-in furniture imported from Argentina, speak of an exquisite home, demanding in the quality of the finishes, meticulous in the perfection of the detail work. It is the finest construction work that the Workshop has developed in terms of construction and finishes, resulting in a work of fine quality.
