42. EDIFICIO FUNDACIÓN INNOVACIÓN en EMPRESARIADO SOCIAL

Edificio estratégicamente ubicado entre diferentes centros educativos superiores, motivo por el cual la planta baja también ofrecía servicios hacia el sector. (Daniel)
Descripción del proyecto
La planta baja funciona a manera de una gran loggia muy permeable hacia la acera, consistente en una sala de exposiciones permanente para la obra del arquitecto Juan Carlos Calderón, el acceso al edificio y un sector de cafetería interna y externa.
Una volumetría clara se encontraba encerrada en un marco en “C” que contenía las oficinas de planta libre, y con muy buena iluminación natural. Los sectores de servicio y circulación vertical se hallaban en el sector legiblemente apersianado.

FOUNDATION INNOVATION in SOCIAL ENTERPRISE BUILDING
La Paz, Bolivia
Building strategically located between different higher educational centers, which is why the ground floor also offered services to the sector.
The ground floor functions as a large loggia very permeable towards the sidewalk, consisting of a permanent exhibition room for the work of the architect Juan Carlos Calderón, access to the building and an internal and external cafeteria area.
A clear volumetric found itself enclosed in a “C” frame that contained the open plan offices, and with very good natural lighting. The vertical circulation and service sectors were in the legibly louvered sector.
