Descripción del proyecto
En un terreno sumamente especial, que posee una pendiente profunda desde el nivel de la calle hacia el fondo del mismo, se aplicó por encima de la calle los “tres pisos y medio” que indica la normativa y por debajo del nivel de calle se realizó un garaje abierto y un par de plantas para insertar unos departamentos en dúplex con jardines privados. El terreno se encuentra ubicado en una urbanización que posee una espléndida vista en 270 grados hacia el valle de Achumani y sus cerros circundantes.
La volumetría está compuesta por tres elementos principales: Dos cuerpos de ladrillo visto que se ven coronados por una gran caja de revoque rugoso que envuelve a ambas caras de la volumetría, una mirando a la calle y otra al fondo de terreno y a la vista privilegiada que tiene del barrio de Achumani. En la parte superior, el elemento central aloja a volúmenes menores que dan sentido al Penthouse que se trabaja a partir de terrazas en ambos frentes del mismo, con el objetivo de guardar esa idea de los tres pisos y medio. Todo el interior del Penthouse está trabajado a partir de diferentes claraboyas que introducen luz al interior.

MULTI-FAMILY BUILDING IN ACHUMANI
La Paz, Bolivia
It is the second time that we carry out a multifamily building for this client, as always, a satisfaction to be required again.
In a very special terrain, which has a deep slope from street level to the bottom of the same, the “three and a half floors” indicated by the regulations were applied above the street and below street level it was carried out an open garage and a couple of floors to insert duplex apartments with private gardens. The land is located in an urbanization that has a splendid 270-degree view of the Achumani valley and its surrounding hills.
The volumetry is composed of three main elements: Two exposed brick bodies that are crowned by a large rough plaster box that surrounds both sides of the volumetry, one facing the street and the other at the back of the land and the privileged view it has directed at the Achumani neighborhood. In the upper part, the central element houses smaller volumes that give meaning to the Penthouse worked between terraces on both fronts, with the aim of keeping the idea of the three and a half floors. The interiors of the entire Penthouse have been worked from different skylights that introduce light to the interior.
