Realicé este diseño, y posteriormente la supervisión de la obra como un servicio, conociendo que Ser Libre ofrece un intenso servicio de terapias y de beneficio a la comunidad, muchas veces sin costo; de esta manera pensaba contribuir con este gran ideal. La amistad con la propietaria y la coincidencia de nuestros puntos de vista favorecieron a que el proyecto vaya tomando forma a lo largo de la obra propiamente dicha. (Daniel)
Descripción del proyecto
Se recicló una casa de los años 70s que se resolvía alrededor de un patio central.
Se respetó la esencia constructiva de la casa, el patio central, y la disposición de los andadores; se liberaron tabiques, se ampliaron fenestraciones y se realizó alguna obra estructural. Básicamente la labor principal fue la de resolver el lenguaje arquitectónico y la materialidad con la que Ser Libre saldría a la ciudad con una imagen renovada y una casa propia.

ALTERNATIVE THERAPY CENTER SER LIBRE
La Paz, Bolivia
I made this design, and later the supervision of the construction as a service, knowing that Ser Libre offers an intense service of therapies and benefits to the community, many times without cost; in this way I thought to contribute to this great ideal. The friendship with the owner and the coincidence of our points of view helped the project to take shape throughout the construction itself.
A house from the 70s was recycled that was resolved around a central patio.
The constructive essence of the house, the central patio, and the layout of the walkways were respected; partitions were freed, fenestrations were widened and some structural work was carried out. Basically the main task was to solve the architectural language and the materiality with which Ser Libre would go out to the city with a renewed image and a house of its own.
