Descripción del proyecto
Para el mismo cliente, se realiza el diseño de cinco viviendas pareadas que debían cumplir con tres criterios: ocupar poco espacio en planta, por lo tanto, crecer en altura, permanecer dentro de un discurso de confort y a la vez de escala pequeña para una vivienda unifamiliar, así como privilegiar el asoleamiento y la vista hacia la Zona Sur. Se optó por darle a cada vivienda un propio lenguaje y diseño, capaz de generar un profundo sentido de identidad en los habitantes. Y por supuesto, se contempló en todo momento la relación con el contexto, la topografía y el crecimiento poblacional de la zona. De nuevo, el proyecto quedó en la idea por falta de interés de nuestro cliente.

FIVE ADJACENT HOUSES IN ALTO AUQUISAMAÑA
La Paz, Bolivia.
For the same client, we designed five semi-detached houses that had to meet three criteria: occupy a small footprint, thus increasing in height; maintain a comfortable yet small scale for a single-family home; and maximize sunlight and views to the south. We opted to give each house its own distinct language and design, capable of generating a strong sense of identity among the residents. And of course, we considered the relationship with the context, the topography, and the population growth of the area at every stage. Once again, the project remained just an idea due to a lack of interest from our client.
